Hello, I’m Lisa Kerry.
I help active people and everyday movers restore, maintain and enhance movement — whether you’re managing a long-term condition, recovering from injury or surgery, or simply wanting to move with more confidence and ease.
I am a bubbly, out-of-the-box-thinking
Chartered Physiotherapist with a Masters Degree in Sports & Exercise Medicine, and many therapy miles on the clock.
Whatever your level of fitness or movement ambitions, I’d love to be on your team.
"Lisa is more than a physio - she's a health strategist."
Lisa takes time to understand how your body works and helps you get where you want to go. She's generous with her and time and advice, and I can strongly recommend her!

"I had a genuinely transformative experience working with Lisa at The Enable Movement."
In a relatively short amount of time she has equipped me with what will be ‘tools for life’, confidence, and self belief. She’s helped me build up my strength, understand, and manage my pain to the point where it’s almost completely gone.
Lisa is simply brilliant.

"Lisa is an exceptional physiotherapist "
Lisa has helped me through surgery rehabilitation by reducing pain and making me more comfortable. Lisa has worked with me and my hypermobility to strengthen and protect my body with suitable exercises.
This has been hugely helpful with regard to not only rehab, and maintenance but also to how I manage my body in day to day life.
